Ignite Your Spirit
Ignite Your Spirit is the foundation seminar of the Path of Ease and Grace™ seminar series. It is a fascinating, grounded and practical opportunity to learn about your own energy anatomy and that of the world we inhabit.
Ignite Your Spirit 1
In Ignite Your Spirit 1 you will learn how to perceive chakras and auras, receive energy activations and experience powerful meditations. Your own energy will be enhanced as you practice – something you are likely to notice straight away, with continuing changes in the weeks ahead.

Ignite your Spirit 2
Ignite Your Spirit 2 builds on IYS 1 as you learn more about meditation, the expansion of your consciousness and your own energy anatomy. You will also discover more about the spiritual law of cause and effect (karma), more powerful ways to heal the body and psyche, the safe and effective use of light and sound for healing, feeling energy, using crystals in healing and the unique shape of your own energy field. You will also be shown simple energy techniques as supplementary first aid, to assist with other medical intervention and advice – a must for every parent, guardian, teacher and health worker.

Yoga of the Mind
Yoga of the Mind builds on Ignite Your Spirit and helps us learn to still our minds, using ancient techniques to erase negative thought patterns, fears and self-defeating beliefs and ideas. Astounding changes in consciousness frequently occur during the seminar, and life changes afterwards are profound.
Break free of old habits and put in place new healthy ones. Learn how to care for your developing energy body and add more healing techniques to your repertoire. Learn about the specific energy anatomy that can be built through easy spiritual practices and meditation, which will help you to achieve conscious soul connection.
We can transform our hearts and minds into pure channels of Divine love and consciousness. Every person has the capacity to do this. When we achieve soul connection the business of living takes place much more gracefully. We understand a lot more about what is going on and why, and how we can respond in an intelligent way to the ups and downs in life. Relationships improve noticeably. Problems just seem to melt away.

Empowering Relationships
Relationships need attention and in a busy world it can be hard to juggle everything. Difficult patterns can develop which seem impossible to heal. By working on the energy of our relationships we can turn even very challenging situations around. Come and find out how to renovate your relationship or build a new one with Ease and Grace. Interestingly, both partners do not need to attend these seminars for profound changes to occur. As we change the whole world changes and significant relationship breakthroughs have been achieved by many students.
Empowering Relationships 1
Explore the meaning of intimacy and its natural cycles. Intimacy is affected by our skill or lack of it in communicating our feelings in an honest yet respectful manner. Handling difficult emotions is a large part of the skill set. We take an experiential journey through 4 separate parts of each person. Each part is like a sub-personality and each part has needs. When we are in relationship there are really 8 sub personalities trying to get along! NO wonder it is tricky. Every person has needs. We may not be aware of our partner’s needs or indeed, our own. When needs go unmet over time this can lead to either separation, affairs, uncomfortable compromise, suffering, lack of fulfilment and dulling of the relationship and its potential as a source of happiness and peace. Learn to become more aware, and nurture the self. Learn to handle emotions more effectively, and to appreciate the educational role all emotions play in our life. We look at ways to raise the vibration of ourselves and our relationships, engendering deeper respect and pulling from each other more love, togetherness, happiness and peace.

Empowering Relationships 2
If you have ever found it difficult after the honeymoon stage to stay committed and feel free to be yourself in a relationship, this seminar can help you unlock the secrets of a happy long-term commitment.
We look in the Magic Mirror to see how we are holding old patterns of pain inside of our own being. The soul has no way of showing itself to us except through the mirror of relationship. This powerful teaching has the capacity to revolutionise the way you see yourself and others.
Learn how the energy field affects your relationships, cut cords of attachment and redirect meridians of energy into higher vibrational realities. Let go of the past and get your energy into present time where you are empowered to bring desired change. This is a way to renovate your relationships, and yourself! Become receptive (yin) and allow the most wonderful relationships to flower in your life.

Dimensions of Wealth
In Dimensions of Wealth we teach the art of Natural Manifesting. This is a method which aligns us with Universal design, which is Benevolence and Abundance. Wealth is both tangible and intangible. It includes having enough money to do whatever we want, as well as having the capacity to enjoy the Earth, care for our families, have great friends, and a real sense of who I am and why I am here.Dimensions of Wealth 1
In this seminar we look at the way in which we either attract or repel good things in our lives. Starting with the Divine dimension in which everything already exists in perfection, we look at the role our minds play in enabling or disempowering us from living a heavenly life on Earth. It is not enough to set a new affirmation for prosperity: the existing mental ‘dandruff’ that keeps us disempowered, often buried deep within, needs to be excavated and released for optimal manifesting ability. In this course, you will carry out self-assessment and receive activations for wealth creation, heal deep blocks to wealth and find an empowering way to use the mind to attract the life you desire.
We look at 12 kinds of wealth, learn potent affirmations to change our reality, study the five dimensions of wealth as well as spiritual laws that bind us, whether we like it or not. Knowing them makes life a lot easier to understand.

Dimensions of Wealth 2
This program delves deeper: it’s an opportunity to review our progress and add new understanding of the crucial role of the etheric body in manifesting wealth on all levels.
Activations of the base chakra, learning how to self-asses our individual capacity to manifest wealth, and exercises to improve wealth creation are imparted. We prepare for wealth by refining the physical dimension and understanding our role in anchoring Heaven on Earth. Through natural manifesting, Samsara (the ocean of suffering) becomes Nirvana (Heaven, enlightenment, bliss)
The role of the soul in creating the life we experience is discussed, including the five levels of the soul. Our past incarnations can have a surprising impact on our capacity to have and hold wealth. Powerful healings are given to release past vows of poverty, to activate the work done in Dimensions of Wealth 1 and to refine our relationship with wealth, as well as wealthy people.

Spiritual Mastery
By this point you have already learnt tools for a more considered and joy-filled life, in Spiritual Mastery we will teach you practical tools for holistic mastery. It will build and all previous courses and explore the 12 laws of the soul and 12 hallmarks of Spiritual Mastery. Spiritual Mastery is the final course in the Path of Ease and Grace series.
Spiritual Mastery 1 (the spiritual laws and use of the will)
Spiritual Mastery 1 is a journey through the 12 Laws of the Soul. Building on the teachings of the Spiritual Laws in Child of Go d and Dimensions of Wealth, we learn more of the inner teachings around the roles of the Angels in creating our lives, the role of faith and what it means (as well as what is not intended by the word “faith”). These Laws are the rules of the game of life, which we were not taught in school, a roadmap for every kind of wholesome attainment.
The law of free will governs our Universe. Many aspects of how it works and how it practically affects us are shared. The tension between mind and will create a growing edge of spiritual attainment. How often have you thought ‘I will not have desert/chocolate/a cigarette today’ and then you do? Spiritual muscle is needed to change the way our will operates. Spiritual Mastery 2 (the Hallmarks of Mastery)
During her study with various Spiritual Masters in Australia, Bali, India and Philippines, Kim Fraser noticed unifying characteristics that were common to all of them – despite differences in the type of mission, religion, culture and tradition.
In Spiritual Mastery 2 we share the 12 hallmarks of Spiritual Mastery with you, with practical examples to help understand the way in which Mastery is lived. What should we be aspiring towards? What will bring us the greatest change internally and externally?
Measure your own progress in each of the 12 Hallmarks of Mastery. For each Hallmark, you will clearly understand what we are seeking to attain, as well as the pitfalls within which we can become ensnared and practices to achieve mastery.
The powerful Aspect meditation is taught, which will change your consciousness and your life. It is designed to cleanse all of the energy that has been stuck in other incarnations and to bring your energy into present time.
Prerequisites: Spiritual Mastery 1 (all previous Path of Ease and Grace Courses must be completed prior to Spiritual Mastery 1)
Upon completion of these seminars graduates of the Path of Ease and Grace can seek 2nd level initiation in our spiritual school if they chose to. They are eligible to apply to study Therapist training and to attend the Higher Guidance series, provided they are Friends of the Harmony Centres. Our advanced instruction is only open to Friends because advanced spiritual training is only for the generous of spirit.
All candidates for higher learning are energetically scanned for readiness to study and need to fill out an application form which they can find at a Harmony Centre or online.
