A non-profit charitable organisation, all of our group activities are offered by donation.
The Harmony Centre Foundation Ltd is a company limited by guarantee. Its objects are to promote optimal health and to prevent and reduce the onset of diseases by:
(a) Raising community awareness of the importance of leading a well balanced and healthy life;
(b) Assisting members of the public:
(i) To achieve optimal physical, emotional, social, spiritual and mental health;
(ii) To manage and reduce stress and anxiety and to acknowledge the deleterious effects of those conditions on the immune system; and
(c) Teaching techniques for personal transformation, life skills, meditation, and energy based healing and exercises from diverse healing traditions.
The Harmony Centre is a health promotion charity run as a community centre and not-for-profit organisation (currently seeking charitable status). Our focus is to create world-class healing institutions where Ignite Your Spirit therapy are taught and practiced with excellence and compassion.
The Harmony Centre is a healing institution where people can be free to explore the meaning of life and their spirituality in a safe environment. Everyone is welcome and respected.
People from all backgrounds, and stages of spiritual development, come together to learn and practice ways to bring more joy, peace, wellbeing and grace into their lives.
We have found that enjoyment of life involves more than just the physical aspects. To be happy, healthy and abundant, it helps to explore and get to know our own spirit.
At The Harmony Centre we supply a range of seminars, books, CDs, music, meditation classes, satsangs, Ignite Your Spirit healing therapy and other activities designed to help you walk a path of ease and grace.
As we want everyone to be able to learn and grow, all of our group activities are offered by donation.
Our philosophy is wholesome and encompassing. It could be summed up as Shakti (creative empowerment) Durga (God as Loving Mother) Shanti (peace). These themes can be found in every spiritual tradition, and we invite you to find them inside yourself.
As you learn about your own energy field through our seminars and activities, you will learn to more fully tune in to your own unique magnificence.
